Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2, 2025

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

- Cancellation Notice: Clients must cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance of the

appointment to be eligible for a full refund.

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the appointment may qualify for a

partial refund at the discretion of Xavierhaus Consulting LLC.

- No-shows or Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the

scheduled session or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

- Services that have already been rendered.

- Digital or downloadable materials once accessed or delivered.

- Customized training programs or strategy sessions once planning has commenced.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@xavierhaus.com with your name, the date of the

service, and a brief explanation of your request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7

business days to the original method of payment.

Changes to This Policy

Xavierhaus Consulting LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
